Privacy Policy

1. Data collected

• Username, email and password (encrypted) upon registration.
• Nickname, avatar, and progress statistics in the app.
• Technical data (logs, user agent) for security purposes.

2. Camera and microphone

The application uses the camera solely to analyze your posture locally (on your device) during exercises via MediaPipe. No image or video is recorded or sent to our servers. Only the rep counter is transmitted.

The microphone is used only when you voluntarily activate the "The System" voice agent to recognize your commands. No raw audio recording is kept.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a) and the performance of the service you request.

4. Subprocessors

• Supabase (authentication, database).
• Cloudflare (edge hosting).
• Lovable AI Gateway / Groq (voice assistant, transcription, text processing).

5. Retention period

Data is kept as long as the account is active. Deletion available on simple request by email.

6. Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object and data portability (GDPR). To exercise these rights: ahcxpstudios@gmail.com.

7. Minors

The Service is reserved for users 16 and over.
