1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern the use of Shadow Hunter, a gamified fitness tracking application published by AHCXP Studios.

2. Access to the Service

Registration is free and reserved for people aged 16 or over. Users agree to provide accurate information.

3. Virtual currency and rewards

Coins, spins and rewards are an internal virtual currency with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased with real money, converted, or exchanged outside the Service. Spin wheel mechanics are purely for fun and do not constitute gambling in any way.

4. User conduct

• Prohibition of any illegal, hateful, harassing or pornographic content.
• Prohibition of cheating (automation, scripts, exploiting bugs).
• Respect for other users in chat, duels and friends.

Any violation will result in account suspension without notice.

5. Health and safety

Physical exercises are performed under the sole responsibility of the user. AHCXP Studios cannot be held liable for any injuries. Consult a doctor before resuming physical activity.

6. Modification and termination

AHCXP Studios may modify these Terms at any time. Users may delete their account upon simple request to ahcxpstudios@gmail.com.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law.
